Occupying two storeys of a 600-year-old Ming-style architecture in the compelling Old Town, Yu Shanghai is an ensemble of exquisite local delicacies, enthralling theatrical performance, captivating multi media presentation and daring décor that entice all senses.
This stunning project which injects a breath of new life into ancient architecture, is a timely showcase of China’s architectural culture, corresponding with World Expo 2010 Shanghai’s core objectives of highlighting the history of traditional Chinese culture; the elegance and relevance of ancient architecture; and promoting China today.
